Alpha Maxis Do you want to improve your agility? Quickly lift your left foot and then touch it with the opposite hand before lowering it to the floor. Next, raise your right foot and touch it using your left hand before lowering it. Next, take your left foot and touch your right hand, and then repeat the right foot again. This should be done for 20 second reps that you do as fast as possible. Do these between three and five times.
