How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your SecondHandBazaar account directly from within our mobile app. Follow these simple steps to permanently delete your account:
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open the SecondHandBazaar App
Launch the SecondHandBazaar mobile app on your Android device.
Go to Your Profile
Tap on the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen to access your account.
Open Settings
Tap on the Settings option to access your account settings.
Find the Danger Zone
Scroll down to the bottom of the Settings page where you will find the "Danger Zone" section.
Tap Delete Account
Tap the red "Delete Account" button. You will see a confirmation dialog.
Confirm with Your Password
Enter your account password to confirm the deletion. This ensures that only you can delete your account.
Account Deleted
Once confirmed, your account will be permanently deleted and you will be logged out.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your user profile and account information
- All your listings (marked as deleted)
- Your messages and conversations
- Your saved favorites
- All associated account data
Important Information
Warning: This action is permanent
Account deletion cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, all your data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. Please make sure you want to proceed before confirming the deletion.

Alternative: Request Deletion via Email
If you are unable to access your account or the mobile app, you can also request account deletion by sending an email to shbazaarindia@gmail.com from your registered email address. Please include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line. We will process your request within 7 business days.
