Alpha XTRM You can cheat a tad when lifting. Slightly using your body for pumping out a few final reps is a great way to increase your workout volume. Remember, though, that this tactic should only be used when there is no alternative. Your rep speed should be controlled. Do not compromise on your form when you are doing your reps.
